Our Team

Corey has been in real estate over 16 years and managed many different residential and commercial projects. He also spent many years in the technology sector managing teams. When he’s not helping build ADU’s you can find him exploring the world with his wife, Bethany, daughter, Abi and son, Abbott.

Brad spent 46 years at Lummus Supply Company (46 years! since he was a teenager) – most of this in Management. He is excited to lend his considerable knowledge to the Georgia ADU team. He loves to spend time with his 2 kids and 4 grandkids along with riding his motorcycle across the nation.

Structural Advisor

Ben is a military veteran who left the military to pursue a degree in ecology. He has spent the last decade as an environmental consultant, helping companies to meet their conservation values and landowners to better manage their land. He is currently an Alabama Lab Fellow at Auburn University’s Master of Landscape Architecture program. When he’s not drawing pictures of trees and ADUs, he is usually on (or under) the ocean or horseback somewhere with his wife, Cassie.

Meet our adorable junior supervisors, Corey’s children, Abilene and Abbott! Though they may be small, their big smiles and endless curiosity bring joy to every job site. These little “supervisors” love to inspect the progress and offer their own special brand of encouragement.

Our Build Team

Behind every successful project is our incredible build team. Local, experienced, and dedicated, our team of skilled professionals ensures that each ADU is crafted with the utmost care and precision. We couldn’t do it all without their hard work and expertise!

James is a 4th generation home builder who's worked in residential building for over 20 years. He's been involved with numerous projects in new construction and in renovations many of which included ADUs. He is a father of two, husband of one, and in his free time he's an avid soccer fan and video game collector.

Cristy is a scientist who specializes in making the technicalities of municipal code more tangible to help Georgia ADU clients build their dream backyard bungalows. Cristy enjoys getting to know fellow ATLiens and bridging the gaps between bureaucracy and the general public. She loves helping people achieve their goals and is a resource connector. Cristy is a housing and architectural enthusiast who has special interests in affordable housing solutions and community networking. She will be earning her Master's at Georgia Tech starting this Fall in International Affairs, Science, & Technology (MS IAST).
